Lots of updated on youtube, some real life LGBTQIAN+ couples vlogs, some total nonsens from home domestic scene from nearly teenagers (and they do know more about rules and social media than I would ever bother to know).
And I am thinking hard if there is something more but I just can't remember (Zenra Meshi, Shigatsu no Tokyo wa... - btw, how is this one?, Love Tractor - o shooo, this one I have forgotten!, Be My Favorite, House of Stars - to upload on youtube, right?, La Pluie and catch on The Luminous Solution, hopefully), so I needed the overview to higlight my day, and to realize all the things I will not fit into my diary, right?

These 'enemies' must get past their disagreements or misunderstandings of one another, and in the process, they fall in love. So you should know in this list,  I exclude my opinion.  which means basically,  that I am going to put what I would normally leave out,  just because mydramalist says so.  On the other hand,  if I want to add something that is not listed on my drama list under that tag/ category/ subgenre,  I'm going to do that.  so those lists my be kind of… yeah.  maybe they are not going to fit your own categorization  and definition of those things.  not mostly but certainly in certain cases so… be careful there. Be very Careful especially in case of korean series and verify if it is what you want to watch on mydramalist just in case it might be not boiled off but more over bromanc...

Today I rewatched Old Fashion Cupcake (Japan, 2022) – and did a reaction video for it as well, wink-wink – for the 3rd time and as well for the first time I watched the sequel for it, not knowing that it existed until 3 days ago. I so much hope for season 2 for this series.  But since the sequel already exists, I just can't see it coming.

      It is difficult to see it, and we are writing 2023, that some still have problems to write, depict or create boys' love. And you can see it. You can recognize it from every short project of Korea (just to give an example) that makes the centre point of each story the problem of being a homosexual (& that the other girl/boy is not going to love you because he/she is obviously straight, without even asking the secret crush - hello there, #billyseng, forever, #secretcrushonyou). You can see it from every end. Each non-existent, obviously unwilling, or dead fish kisses are the proof that it is the case. ( They don't want to do it, it is overbearing for them, they are ashamed, they are unwilling, it is too much for them, no, please, don't force them anymore. It is pain to watch .)

 I am mentally preparing myself  for torture of watching a request. I would lie, if I said that I'm not scared. But I am not scared of the cannibalism part. I am a little bit worried about being unnecessarily  strict with the series.  I am a little bit worried about the backlash over watching such a story.  I feel like I really shouldn't let the teacher in me watch it in order to enjoy it properly. But then again I am entering it blind and I don't know what to expect, so I shouldn't be expecting anything, right?

Many times, I hesitate to call it genre and instead I opt for calling it a subgenre. We are speaking about boylove genre which is one of the most recent inventions of the audio-visual production. At least in mine point of view - absolutely biased one and inherently fatally fallen, and hence unforgivably subjective point of view that has long ago fallen for the category.
